What is FarmHardware.com's Return Policy?
We sell only new items, and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. We realize the need to actually see and handle an item to know if it is acceptable. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days. Special orders, close-outs and spare parts are not returnable. Goods returned unused within 30 days of purchase will receive a full reimbursement for the value of the merchandise. Goods returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted. How safe is it to use a credit card to buy products from FarmHardware.com?
We guarantee that all information you give us is safe. You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of ordering from our site. You can also view our Privacy and Security policy.
We never display to anyone the full credit card number, only the last 4 digits. FarmHardware.com uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt all information you send to us including credit card numbers, name, address, even the items you buy on the site. Our Secure Server Certificate is issued by Verisign. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
How does the shopping cart work?
See a product you want? Simply click the "Add to my cart" button and boom! It's in there! To remove or modify your shopping cart, click the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of all product pages.
How do I find the items I want?
You can find the items you need a number of ways. You can enter a word that describes what you are looking for in the box on the left side of all the pages. Click "Go" and you'll see a list of possible matches. You can also browse our different departments by clicking on the links on the FarmHardware.com site. If you still can't find what you need, give us a call on the phone, or email us. We can usually point you right to it.

How will my order be shipped?
We endeavor to ship your order promptly (usually within 24 hours) and to have it arrive at your door in good condition. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) to ship most of our orders and may use a common carrier (Truck Line) if the size of the product or order warrants it. The shipping fees are calculated and shown at check out. UPS and FedEx have maximum size limitations and some products must therefore be shipped via common carrier. If an order must be shipped via Truck Line, we will calculate the shipping charge and advise you in advance to receive your approval of these shipping fees. Orders for export and for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional Handling Fees.
